Dear valued patients,
I am writing to notify you that I have reopened my clinic.
We want to follow all CDC recommendations and ask that if you are displaying any cold symptoms to please reschedule at a later date.
Sanitizing...all stuff in my clinic, bottom of patients' shoes, hands.....
Wear mask when you come or I can provide one for you.
Please book an appointment in your convenient time. If some appointments are too close to each other, I will contact you to set apart of patients.
